Great question Amigo! BetterDays Cactus Water is made with all natural ingredients. Everything you find in our drinks, Planet Earth made. This includes Prickly Pear concentrate, shipped from Nevada, USA, Carbonated Filtered Water, Erythritol which is a natural sweetner and citric acid which occurs naturally in citrus fruits. You can guarantee that the only thing man made is our recylable aluminum cans and our brand.

The Prickly Pear cactus is an amazing plant that has been used in Latin American natural medicines for thousands of years. Not only does it look cool, but the fruit that it bears are rich in antioxidants, electrolytes and nutrient dense. On top if being a superfruit, they also taste delicious and are more environmentally friendly then other fruits, due to requiring up to 80% less water then other fruits and plants.

We are asking ourselves the same thing! All we can think is that the industry has been too busy trying to convince you that diet soft drinks and no sugar soft drinks are the answer... we politelty disagree. But we reckon once you try BetterDays the Cactus will be out of the bag!

Nootropics are naturally occuring substances with proven health benefits related to mental performance. With everyone competiting to have an edge in their daily life, Nootropics are proven to assist in memory function and mental accuity. Nootropics include L-theanine, coffee berry extract, green tea extract and Siberian Ginseng... all which can be found in our Hibiscus & Watermelon Cactus Water.

Not all of them, but two are. Hibiscus & Watermelon and Prickly Pear are both 100% vegan. Cucumber & Mint uses Bovine Collagen which is taken from cow's. We explored using marine collagen, however were advised by our food scientist that the quality was no where near as good. Feel free to provide us feedback if you would like more Vegan options.

Unlike most other healthy drink companies, we don't profess that BetterDays Cactus Water is the silver bullet to all your health problems. We do however strongly believe that it is a better option to most of the drinks in the healthy / delicious category. We also believe that it is better to put more good things in rather then just take bad things out. That't why our drinks have added functional ingredients such as electrolytes, collagen and nootropics.

BetterDays Cactus Water is an ambient beverage. This means that it doesn't need to be refrigerated. But sometimes needs and wants are two different things, so we recommend drinking BetterDay Cactus Water straight from the fridge or esky.
